How to place orders?
Tell us the models, quantity, flavors, and other requirements, then we will send the price to you.
The PI (Proforma Invoice) will be sent to you after you confirm the order details.
How about the after-sales service?
The e-cigarette products carry a 12-month warranty after shipment, excluding human factors.
All products are strictly checked before packaging to ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
In case any defect occurs during transportation or by improper use, we will send you replacements in your next order. If the defect rate exceeds 1%, all defective products should be returned for replacements.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the seller is responsible for shipping the replacement units.
What's your lead time?
Generally speaking, our regular standard products require 15-20 days, and slightly longer for customized products. We are very flexible with our lead times depending on specific orders. For items in stock, shipment will be processed within 2 workdays.
