Can I place a sample order?

How to place orders?
- Tell us the models, quantity and flavors and other requirement, then we will send price to you.
- The PI will be sent to you after you confirm the order details.
How about the after-sales service?
- The e-cigarette has 12 months warranty after shipment except human factors.
- All the products are strictly checked before packing, ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
- In case any defective occurred during transportation or by improper use, we will send you replacements in your next order. In case the defective is over 1%, all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
- Buyer is responsible for the shipping of return and seller is responsible for the shipping of resending replacements.
What's your lead time?
Generally speaking, our regular standard product will need 15-20 days, a bit longer for customized products. But we are very flexible on the lead time, it will depend on the specific orders. For items in stock, the time will be within 2 workdays.
