Our Equipment
CNC Machine
General CNC processing usually refers to the computer digital control of precision machinery processing, CNC machining lathe, CNC machining milling machine, CNC machining boring and milling machine, etc.
CNC Machining Advantages:
Reduce Tooling: Greatly reduces the number of tooling; processing complex shapes of parts does not need complex tooling. Suitable for new product development and modification.
High Precision: Stable machining quality, high machining accuracy, and high repetition accuracy, meeting rigorous machining requirements.
High Efficiency: Higher productivity in multi-variety and small batch production, reducing preparation, machine adjustment, and process inspection times.
Complex Processing: Can process complex surfaces difficult to handle by conventional methods, including unobservable parts.
Disadvantage: The cost of machine tool equipment is expensive, and maintenance personnel are required to have a higher level.
Stamping
The metal plate is made into various plate-like parts, shell, and container type workpieces, or the pipe fittings are made into various tubular workpieces by using the mold in the press. This kind of forming process in the cold state is called cold stamping, or stamping for short.
According to the processing temperature, stamping is divided into hot stamping and cold stamping. The former is suitable for sheet metal processing with high deformation resistance and poor plasticity. The latter is carried out at room temperature and is a common stamping method for thin plates. It is one of the main methods of metal plastic processing (or pressure processing) and belongs to material forming engineering technology.
Kinds of Steel Making Processes:
Separating process
Folding forming procedure (Bending, deep drawing, stretch forming, spinning)
Requirements for Stamping Materials:
Accurate and uniform thickness
Smooth surface with no spots, scars, scratches, or cracks
Uniform yield strength without obvious directivity
High uniform elongation, low yield ratio, and low processing hardening
Casting
Casting is a process of melting metal into liquid that meets certain requirements and pouring it into the casting mold. After cooling, solidification, and cleaning treatment, castings with predetermined shape, size, and performance are obtained.
Kinds of Steelmaking Processes:
Sand casting
Precision casting / Lost wax casting / Investment casting
Lost foam casting / EPC
Die casting / Pressure casting
Centrifugal casting & Gypsum mold casting
Continuous casting & Metal mold casting
Common Casting Metals & Forming:
Gray cast iron, Ductile cast iron, Malleable cast iron
Cast steel commonly used for nonferrous metals
Gravity casting & Pressure casting forming technology
Casting Classification:
1. Common Sand Casting:
Sand mold (core) casting method
Manufacturing method of sand core
2. Special Casting:
Metal mold casting method
Dewaxing casting method

Frequently Asked Questions
Q
What casting processes do you specialize in?
Our comprehensive casting capabilities cover sand casting, precision casting (lost wax/investment casting), lost foam casting (EPC), die casting (pressure casting), centrifugal casting, gypsum mold casting, continuous casting, and metal mold casting.
Q
What materials can you process for manufacturing?
We process a wide range of materials, including gray iron, ductile iron, metal, steel, aluminum, bronze, and stainless steel, accommodating various industrial requirements.
Q
How does your quality control process work?
To maintain strict quality standards, we implement inspection at four distinct stages: incoming material inspection, inspection of work-in-progress, finished product inspection, and random warehouse inspections. All operations comply with ISO 9001:2008 guidelines.
Q
What are the main advantages of your CNC machining?
Our CNC machining minimizes the need for complex tooling, makes program modifications quick and easy, provides highly stable repeat-accuracy for critical parts, increases production efficiency for small batches, and allows the processing of complex or unobservable surface details.
